Nowadays more than ever, our priority is the health, safety and serenity  of all our Guests. For this reason, based on the recommendations provided by the WHO (World Health Organization) and the Ministry of Health, this page has been drawn up to keep you updated on the adjustments and practices adopted by our Hotel for the season 2021.


All information will be updated according to the evolution of the emergency and the related directives issued by the authorities which could, in some cases, change what we have planned so far.


We are taken all necessary measures to ensure the right distancing with a detailed  guidelines of company prevention. In addition, in order to ensure maximum comfort to our Guests, we will offer a limited number of rooms with arrivals and departures possible every day of the week, in full compliance with the distancing measures.

A context, bathed by clear sea, repeatedly awarded the Blue Flag, it is the ideal place to enjoy dedicated spaces in freedom and serenity.

The steps that the Hotel Cala Lunga is taking to ensure the safety of our Guests and our Staff include:



Check In

At the arrival in Hotel, to every Guest it will be measured the temperature.

In the spacious reception the formalities will be handled in complete safety and tranquillity with our support and guide, maintaining the necessary distancing measures.

Web check-in option in order to speed up registration and simplification of the check-out service are available to limit crowds and improve security.

Constant presence and replacement of sanitizing gel and masks.


Rooms 

Adoption of all sanitation and disinfection protocols for cleaning the rooms, with specific procedures for sanitation before the arrival of each Guest and particular attention to high-touch areas (frequently touched).

Removal of all non-essential items, such as informative publications and brochures, (they will be, instead, in digital format and accessible from their devices)

Specific sanitation of remote controls and room keys.


Common spaces

More frequency of clearing, sanitation and disinfection, with particular attention to the reception , the bar, the common bathrooms, the dining areas, the playroom for younger Guests, the pools and the equipment on the beach.

Hand sanitizing gel located in all common areas always available.

The mask is mandatory inside closed spaces  such as in our restaurants as well as in  outdoor spaces.. It can be removed at the table, but it must be worn going to the buffet and or leaving the room. Outside the building it is mandatory to wear a mask in the most frequented areas such as the access area to the private beach, the Restaurant Le Terrazze, the Bar Il Mirto, the Bar Il Cormorano and paths near the beaches and the swimming pool area.


Staff

PPE supply (masks, sanitizing gel and disposable gloves) to all our staff.

All staff will be monitored regularly through body temperature control and through the tests that will be available.

Continuous training on cleaning and hygiene protocols as well as on concepts and disclosure of information relating to COVID-19 and all relative procedures

Dedicated and separate entrance for suppliers, who must follow the internal procedures dedicated to them.


Food and Beverage

Reconsidering the service at all our refreshment points: the Restaurant Le Terrazze, the Bar Il Mirto and the Bar Il Cormorano, with tables duly spaced as required by the current distancing measures. At our Restaurant Le Terrazze introduced the formula of the buffet for breakfast served in full compliance with the new regulations.

Booking service through our reception allowing access to restaurant services according to time slots in order to avoid crowds.


Beach and pools

Sun-umbrellas and sun beds will be spaced and sanitized according to the regulations.

Swimming cap mandatory in all swimming pools.

Dedicated staff to ensure assistance and respect for the distancing.

Automatic and constant monitoring of the chlorine level in swimming pool water set to the highest values - as per WHO specifications.


Service Areas

Increased cleaning frequency in spaces where employees work "behind the scenes", paying particular attention to all high-touch areas such as entrances, changing rooms, laundries and staff offices.
